At MK Designs, each item is made with care and attention to detail—just for you! Because our products are personalized and custom-made, we want to ensure you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order, and our typical processing time is 1–2 weeks, while bulk orders may take a little longer. This allows us time to create and personalize your order with the highest level of care and quality. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed. If you need your order by a specific date, please message us. We’re happy to try and meet your timeline whenever we can. While we’ll let you know if your date is achievable, shipping delays or unforeseen circumstances may still affect delivery.

Shipping Details

We ship all orders via USPS, which includes tracking for your convenience and peace of mind. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

Returns & Replacements

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the error is on our end.

Please double-check all spelling and personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for spelling or product errors submitted during the ordering process, and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for these types of mistakes.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace the item, provided you send visual proof of the damage, at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want you to be 100% happy with your order.
